Conceptualisation, execution, and organisation of the Loyalty Lunches for John Saey — inspired by the raw beauty of the (construction) site itself. The iconic John Saey-red set the tone, and like every good story, it started with an invitation — this time disguised as a building permit. Guests entered through the warehouse and followed a lit-up path straight to the apero zone, fully wrapped in scaffolding to evoke the raw atmosphere of an active construction site. Bites were served on bricks, staying true to the concept down to the smallest detail. Afterwards, the curtains opened to unveil the dinner space and welcome guests to the table — a striking shift from raw structure to refined setting.
