For jewellery brand Idyl, we organised a three-day event experience for 30 women who travelled from all over the United States to Antwerp. Despite a tight timeline of just one month, we managed the project from start to finish. We sourced and coordinated all venues, managed the full programme of activities across the three days and handled all catering and supplier coordination. The result was a seamless and memorable experience that allowed guests to discover both the Idyl brand and the city of Antwerp (and even Brussels) in a unique and personal way.
